You are unique and so are your reasons for wanting personal training. Having trained hundreds of clients over the last 10 nearly 11 years, I have seen exactly what makes goals happen and what doesn't! So here at Re:Fit your plan is tailored specifically for you.


I believe the reason that you are here on my site is because you are ready to take your goals from thoughts to reality. You are here because you have tried many things before and have realised it's a perpetual cycle, I also believe you are ready for change, that you need to make a bigger commitment but also you realise you need help to get there.


Your goals are my priority and working together you WILL achieve the fitness and motivation you have wanted for so long.


I can help, I want to help, I will help you. My passion and job satisfaction comes from seeing your passion and commitment and when you succeed in the everyday goals ... the one minute harder, the 500 meters further , the inch loss, the dress size , the comments from your friends, the 'I can do it' realisation, the charity run, the inspiration of others - these are things that I have seen over the years and in most weeks of every year.


I love what I do and hate hearing of other trainers ignoring the fact they are dealing with individuals and not looking beyond their own job description, yes you need to work hard but no you don't need to be punished, why make it a chore when you can really enjoy what you're doing and stay focussed on your goal. Hearing clients explain that they couldn't relate to their previous trainer or they felt bullied and reprimanded like a naughty child, makes my blood boil.


Encouragement, positivity and support are the cornerstones to achievement, not guilt and pain. I don't go to work to make people feel bad about a situation they already are uncomfortable with, helping my clients realise the power of motivation they already have is why my clients book session after session year after year.

I am a Nursery Manager of a very busy children's nursery I have attended nearly all Aimie's Boot camps and brought a friend with me after selling the idea at work to them. I recently begged her to let me on the next boot camp after the birth of my son, as I know if i follow the plan Aimie sets I get the results I want. Before I attended boot camp i did the odd high impact aerobic classes such as kick and a bit of running. I went to the classes but the running was easy to say "I'll do it tomorrow" never doing it because it was easy to find something else to do. When Aimie approached me about the idea of a first boot camp selling the idea with her enthusiasm I immediately signed up and have been so pleased with the results every time. She sets a challenge to do every week which you can fit into any lifestyle, you can choose you level of fitness i.e. one night a week or two. I would definitely recommend a boot camp to any one.

Personal training and bootcamps.

I have previously tried aerobics, gyms, little try of running.
Aerobics well when I wasn't working during the day. Hate gyms and couldn't run very far without stopping constantly to walk.
I went to Aimie when i decided i wanted to try and do a 10k run. Dropped out of run at last minute because I didn't feel ready. Started doing bootcamps and loved exercising outdoors with like minded people. We work hard but laugh as well.
Results - I started developing an "Aimie" attitude of "anything is possible" . I approached Aimie again in April 2010 for personal training. I had decided I wanted to run around Lancashire to raise money and achieve a huge goal and wanted to know if she thought I could do it. She was the only person from that day on who fully believed i would be able to and with her help, knowledge and training skills, I am about to compete 125 miles over 7 days in October 2010, after 6 months of intense training. I couldn't have attempted it without her. I now take her outlook on training into other areas of my life and love changing "I cant's" into "I cans"
I do recommend Aimie for personal training, bootcamps and life coaching - that has always been integral in her training anyway.
